Refund Policy

BloodstockIQ is a subscription-based service. Because digital analytics are delivered instantly, we use the following refund rules:

1. First Payment Refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, provided you have not excessively used the platform.

2. Recurring Payments

We do not offer refunds for:

  • monthly renewals,
  • annual renewals,
  • unused subscription time after cancellation.

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund past charges.

3. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your access may be paused until updated.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may offer a refund at our discretion in rare cases such as:

  • duplicate payments
  • accidental double subscriptions
  • technical failure preventing use

Please include your account email address and a brief explanation of your request.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
